Who we are.
Armchair Mortgages specialises in mortgages and non investment insurances and we are directly authorised by the Financial Services Authority to advise and arrange these products. The main areas we cover for insurances involves protecting property, families and income, which are the three key areas many people require advice on from time to time. When advising and arranging mortgages our advice is based on the Whole of Market and with insurances we use an extensive panel of providers, which we review periodically.
Founded in June 2000, Armchair Mortgages is an ethical and professional company, and this has been the cornerstone of our success so far. We currently have offices in Dudley, Wolverhampton, Norwich, Oxford, Scotland and 3 in Staffordshire, where the company started out.
If we decide to charge you a fee for mortgages you will be informed of the amount upfront and the fee is only payable once the mortgage completes. In other words you pay us for the work we have done and not the work we promised to do.
